Week 1
Onboarding & configuration
Business rules captured, document access set up, Telegram and email channels live.
Week 2
Supervised operation
Felix processes real documents with every output reviewed by your approver.
Week 3
Calibrated operation
Exception-only review; accuracy and turnaround measured against agreed targets.
Week 4
Evaluation
Joint review of results; decision to confirm, adjust scope, or exit.
No long-term lock-in
You can exit at the end of probation. There is no long-term commitment during the 4-week pilot.
Confirmation
If you confirm Felix, the placement converts to an ongoing service agreement with On3oard Pte Ltd.
Performance guarantee
If Felix misses the accuracy and turnaround targets agreed in Week 3 for two consecutive months during your contract term, and On3oard cannot resolve this within 30 days, you may exit your annual contract with a refund for unused months.
