Prepares draft payment run schedules and weekly AP aging reports — nothing is paid without your sign-off.
Accounts Receivable
Drafts customer invoices from your billing triggers, ready for your approval before dispatch.
Runs your approved reminder schedule for overdue accounts and prepares escalation summaries beyond 30 days.
Tracks customer invoices and flags overdue accounts for your team to follow up on.
Matches incoming customer payments to open invoices and flags discrepancies.
Expense Management
Reviews submitted employee expense claims against your policy and flags exceptions.
Extracts data from receipts and matches them to transactions.
Codes claims to the correct GL account and cost centre, and flags submissions that would push a budget over its cap.
Compiles draft reimbursement payment runs for your approval — nothing is paid out without sign-off.

Expected salary
S$1,500
Placement fee (one-time) — due when you confirm Felix at the end of probation, like a recruitment placement fee.
S$800 / month
Monthly service fee — scales with your transaction volume.
During your 4-week probation, pay only S$400/month — no placement fee, no contract, no risk.
If you confirm Felix, your placement fee drops to S$750 and your monthly fee stays at S$400 for a 12-month term.
Offer limited to On3oard's first 25 confirmed placements.
Final package confirmed after discovery call. Typically a fraction of an equivalent human hire.
