1. Who we are

On3oard Pte Ltd ("On3oard", "we", "us") is a Singapore-registered company (UEN 202242387D), registered address 21 Tan Quee Lan Street, #02-04 Heritage Place, Singapore 188108. We build and operate AI "digital employees" — Felix, Hana, Atlas, and Eva — delivered to business customers as a managed service. This policy explains how we handle personal data across our website (on3oard.com), our social channels, and the services we deliver.

2. What we collect, and why

Website visitors and enquiries. When you submit an enquiry, book a demo, or join a waitlist through this site, we collect the details you provide — typically name, business email, company, and the content of your message — solely to respond to you and scope a potential engagement. We do not sell this data or use it for unrelated marketing.

Customers using a digital employee. Once a digital employee like Felix is placed with your company, the business documents it processes (for example, invoices, purchase orders, goods-received notes, and expense receipts) are used only for the workflows contracted with you, and for no other purpose. Each engagement is logically separate — your data is never visible to, or mixed with, another client's data.

Social media accounts we operate. On3oard maintains business accounts on platforms including TikTok to publish product and company content (for example, videos about Felix). Where a platform's API requires it, we use that account's access token solely to publish content we authored and to check the status of that publication — never to read, collect, or store personal data belonging to the platform's other users, and never to post on anyone else's behalf without their own authorization.

3. How we protect it

  • Human-in-the-loop controls. Every meaningful action a digital employee prepares — a payment, an external email, a hiring decision — is approved by your own team. Nothing executes unsupervised.
  • Access control. A digital employee only accesses the specific inboxes, documents, and systems granted for its role — nothing broader, nothing by default.
  • Bounded autonomy. Digital employees operate strictly within the business rules and approval thresholds configured during onboarding.

4. Third parties and data processors

We use a small number of infrastructure providers to run our website and services — for example, cloud hosting, database, and email-delivery providers — solely to operate those services on our behalf, under confidentiality obligations. We do not sell personal data to third parties, and we do not share it for their independent marketing use. Where a regulator, court, or law requires disclosure, we disclose only what is legally required.

5. Retention

We keep enquiry and website-contact data for as long as needed to respond to you or, if an engagement follows, for the duration of that business relationship plus a reasonable period after for legal and accounting purposes. Customer business documents processed by a digital employee are retained per the terms of that customer's service agreement, and deleted or returned on request at the end of an engagement.

6. Cookies

This site uses only the cookies strictly necessary for it to function (for example, session and security cookies from our hosting and bot-protection provider). We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

7. Your rights under the PDPA

Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act, you may ask us to access, correct, or withdraw consent for your personal data. To do so, or with any question about this policy, contact support@on3oard.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and in accordance with the PDPA.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services, or applicable law, change. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
